Overview
The "Mid-eastern Red Stag" (Cervus elaphus maral), also known as the Anatolian Red Stag, is a robust species comparable in strength to its European counterpart, and sometimes even stronger. Antler weights for mature stags can range from 11 to 14 kilograms, with a body weight of 300-350 kg. In areas where hunting has been restricted for many years, strong stags may be found and hunted by following the rules.
