The Site is operated by TravelShop Turkey, a travel agency licensed by TURSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and based in Istanbul, Turkey. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean TravelShop Turkey.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to make a booking. By using the Site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use any payment method you submit.
3. Use of the Site

4. Bookings and contracts

5. Pricing and availability
We make every effort to ensure that prices and availability shown on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Where a clear pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the affected booking and offer a full refund.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by or licensed to TravelShop Turkey and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party services
Some experiences are operated by independent suppliers and local partners. While we carefully select our partners, the experience itself is delivered by them and may be subject to their own terms. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelShop Turkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Privacy and Security Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
