These Booking Terms and Conditions govern the reservations you make through TravelShop Turkey. They form part of our Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking.
1. Making a booking
When you complete a booking, you enter into a contract with TravelShop Turkey (or, where indicated, with the local supplier delivering the experience). A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation and/or voucher from us. Please check all details on your confirmation immediately and tell us at once if anything is incorrect.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Depending on the tour, we may require full payment at the time of booking or a deposit with the balance due before the tour date.
- Your booking is not secured until the required payment has been received.
- Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility.
3. Vouchers and travel documents
After payment, you will receive an electronic voucher containing your booking reference and the details needed to join your tour. Please present this voucher (printed or on your mobile device) to the supplier at the start of the experience.
4. Changes by you
If you wish to change a confirmed booking — such as the date or number of travelers — please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and the supplier's policy, and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms vary by tour and are shown on each tour's page before you book. As a general guide:
- Free cancellation may be available up to a stated number of days before the tour date for eligible products.
- Cancellations made within the non-refundable window may incur partial or full charges.
- Some experiences are non-refundable once booked; this is clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Changes or cancellations by us
Occasionally we or a supplier may need to change or cancel a tour due to weather, safety, insufficient participation or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will offer you an alternative date, a comparable experience or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
7. Your responsibilities as a traveler
- Arrive at the designated meeting point on time; late arrivals may be treated as no-shows without refund.
- Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas and any required insurance.
- Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility requirements in advance.
- Follow the reasonable instructions of guides and suppliers during the experience.
8. Health, safety and special requirements
Some activities involve physical effort or specific conditions. Please review the tour description and consider whether it is suitable for everyone in your party. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and minimum-age or fitness requirements stated on a tour page must be respected.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your experience, please raise it with the guide or supplier at the time so it can be addressed. If the matter is not resolved, contact us within a reasonable period after your tour and we will work with you and the supplier toward a fair resolution.
10. Liability
TravelShop Turkey acts in good faith to provide accurate information and reliable suppliers. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Use and applicable law. Independent suppliers remain responsible for the delivery of their own services.
