Amasya, having been an eye-catching settlement of ancient times, has a magnificent natural beauty. The accompanying periodic historical and cultural structures have constantly enriched the city and made it even more meaningful. It is thought that the first settlement in the region was in the Chalcolithic Age, ie between 5500 - 3000 BC. However, it is not possible to make a separate evaluation from Anatolia. In other words, Amasya is a cultural monument of the same age as Anatolia. In 1393, the beautiful city, which was included in the Ottoman lands by Yildirim Bayezid, is today one of the most precious cities with the wealth of having hosted many civilizations in history.
