Route
Itinerary
Leaving the port of Fethiye between 12-13 o'clock and anchoring at an appropriate location for test diving. Grouping divers according to their level and the first 45-50 minutes dive after selecting diving partners and anchoring at Turunc Pinari Bay for the night. You can swim, go ashore, and go canoeing. Hiking lovers can take a one-hour evening walk with our pretty friends Luna and Captain. (L, D)
The first dive is at 7:30 am for those who want to dive before breakfast. The second diving point is the Great Reef or Small Reff—lunch at Dalyan Creek or Gokce Bay. Our last diving point is Iblis Cape. We are anchoring in front of Gemiler Island after the dive.
You can visit the Byzantine churches, water cisterns, and ruins on the island, and watch the unique sunset. (B, L, D)
Diving in Kabak Bay is only suitable for experienced divers. This place is not a cave, but a tunnel instead with 60 meters in length, 5-20 meters in width, and 5-8 meters in height. In the tunnel, there are highly fragile corals (bryozoa pyrzooa), which are a kind of moss that should not be touched. The inhabitants of the cave are a few rocklings and cave shrimps. After leaving the tunnel, at 11-12 meters depth, there is an aircraft engine with no record or information about it. We then will sail to Butterfly Valley for swimming, lunch, and an optional hike up to the waterfall. Butterfly Valley is home to over 136 different butterflies and moths; however, they can be challenging to spot in the summer months and in Sancakli Bay during the day.
Anchoring in Soguksu Bay in the evening, and hiking option to Kayakoy. (B, L, D)
First dives in the New Caves area. A new dive site opened at the end of 2004 has two caves. The first cave resembles a half cylinder. The second cave is a real cave filled with shrimps...
After diving 10-12 m. from the right edge, the marvelous deep blue sea surrounds you. If you take the chance of making a yo-yo and go up in the cave, you can feel the ice-cold water in your marrows, and you can see the stalactites down the cave ceiling. It is possible to dive 20-25 meters into the cave. After swimming around 70-80 meters, the second cave starts at 17 meters from the surface. It is a real cave that is not recommended to enter without a guide, torchlight is essential. The dive is completed with the wall on the right side.
Later one more dive in Iblis Cape after lunch. Anchoring in Aga Limani Bay at the end of the day. Hiking option to Lydai, an ancient settlement. ( B, L, D)
Transfer to the Port of Gocek after diving in Peksimet island. A very virgin place where occasionally quite strong currents are observed depending on the weather conditions. The anthias on the wall paint turn the surface pink. And Nar Islands, A diving point that never fails to provide an excellent dive. The visibility is very good and you can see all kinds of fish. The walls provide wonderful colors. You can often see seahorses and turtles. Although sometimes this is current, it is one of the most enjoyable diving sites in Fethiye. Later Supplying and a short tour in Gocek. Anchoring in Bedri Rahmi Bay in the evening and visiting Lycian Rock Tombs. (B, L, D)
Afkule - Sariyarlar
Diving in the area of Afkule and Sariyarlar during the day. In Sariyarlar, for experienced divers, it is preferred to jump from the boat at the entrance of the bay and come back to the boat from the beach after passing through magnificent caves and tunnels with the mainland on the left. After jumping from the boat, the diver gathers on the platform and the dive begins. Anchoring in the Aquarium Bay in the evening. Night dive. (B, L, D)
Normally no diving is scheduled on the last dive, however, a dive can be organized for those who have time. At 11:00 sail back to the Port of Fethiye. (B)
