Everywhere you turn in Turkey there is something delicious to eat, including street food such as bread rings covered in sesame seeds; deep-fried mussels with a garlic-rich sauce; warm roasted almonds and pistachio nuts; pastries bathed in syrup; divine milky desserts and chewy ice creams. Every town and city has a market where you will find a wealth of fresh seasonal produce, such as plump olives and crunchy pickles, fresh figs, ruby red pomegranates, juicy ripe peaches, pungent spices, and fresh leafy herbs, which are sold like bunches of flowers.

After breakfast, we will depart for our Cooking Lesson & Shopping Tour. First, we will go to a local restaurant to get a cooking class by the chef of the Restaurant. The guide will explain to us also all the details about things. You will prepare the lunch with Chef and after the preparation, you will at that lunch at the restaurant. In our food menu, we will learn local dishes from Sinop Cuisine. Of course, some desserts and salads will be on the menu. After lunch, you will depart to the city center for free time and shopping before returning to your hotel. After the tour, we will return to the hotel.
