Your
day begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Izmir and transfer to Izmir
Airport for a short flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at either Istanbul
Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport, you’ll be greeted and driven to the Sultanahmet
area, the heart of Istanbul’s Old City.
- First
stop: Topkapi Palace, the residence of Ottoman sultans, showcasing
imperial treasures, royal robes, and sacred Islamic relics.
- Next:
Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque), famous for its magnificent blue
İznik tiles and majestic domes.
- Continue
to the Hippodrome, the ancient chariot racing arena, where you'll
see the Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpentine Column, and Column
of Constantine.
- Enjoy
a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
- Afterward,
immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Grand Spice Bazaar,
where you can shop for Turkish delights, baklava, teas, spices, and
handmade crafts.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to the airport
for your flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, our team will drop you off at your
hotel.
Please Note:
Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. On such days, your visit will
include Hagia Sophia instead.
