Your day begins with a pick-up from your hotel, followed by a short drive to a local restaurant where you will take part in a professional Hakkari cooking lesson led by experienced local chefs.

During the class, you will learn to prepare a selection of traditional regional dishes. Gulul Soup, a local yogurt-based soup made with green lentils and hand-cut dough, offers a comforting and authentic taste of Hakkari cuisine.
