Meet at the Kayseri Airport. Transfer to Kayseri City and check-in to the Hotel. Overnight in Kayseri.

(Breakfast included) Pick up 08:30 am .The first stop is Kultepe Kanis Karum.The literally meaning is Hill of Ashes, this settlement dates back to 4000 BC and is 20km northeast of Kayseri. It composes of an Assyrian trading colony called Karum, and a tumulus 500m diameter and 22m high. The town of Kanis was prominent from around 2500 BC, and it was the centre of Anatolia’s most prominent kingdom. It is possible to pick out the houses, roads and shops from the site, which is accessible to visitors, and is opposite the tumulus. It is now a famous open-air museum, having been rediscovered in 1881. Excavations since then have unearthed items from Assyrian, Roman, Persian and Hittite periods, including letters on tablets of stone written in the Assyrian language which are the oldest written documents of Anatolia.After we will visit to Kayseri Ramparts and Castle is at Cumhuriyet Boulevard, are constructed on 3rd century, and narrowed & repaired in the middle of 6th century. Ancient castle of Kayseri city is composed of two parts: internal castle and external castle, composed of external ramparts and bastions.And then we will visit to Soganli Valley, in which there are about 50 rock churches and caverns is also an important tourism center.After we will visit important mosques of the city are Ulu Mosque, Gulluk Inn, Hacikilic, Kursunlu and Kale Mosques, Avgunlu, Cifte, Sircali,Sah Kutlu Hatun,Ali Cafer, Kosk vaults as well as Melik Mehmet Gazi and Seyyit Burhanettin mausoleums, which are at the city center, are the important ones. Overnight in Kayseri.

(Breakfast and Lunch included) After breakfast we will go to a local restaurant to get a cooking class by the chef of Restaurant. The guide will explain us also all the details about things. You will prepare the lunch with Chef and after the prepartion you will at that lunch at restaurant. In our food menu we will learn local dishes from Kayseri Cuisine which inspire of Turkish cuisines. Ofcourse some deserts and the salads will be in the menu. After the lunch we will return to hotel.Overnight in Kayseri.

(Breakfast included) We will pick you up from your hotel and go to Hamamı (Turkish Bath). This Hamam culture dates back Roman empire ages . Today Turkish Bath have three sections as cold part , warm part and hot part like a Roman Bath. Also Turkish Baths have special staff for scrup (peeling) rituel. Female staff called as natır , male staff called as tellak in Turkish Language. We will get relax and chill. After this local relaxing ritual return to hotel. Overnight in Kayseri.

(Breakfast included) We will pick up from your hotel and go to Erciyes. Erciyes (Argaeus) Mountain Ski Tour from Cappadocia starts with pick up from hotel. We will continue to Mount Erciyes. Argaeus (Erciyes) Volcano is the highest and most famous volcano of the Cappadocia that last emitted smoke 2,000 years ago. Today it is a dormant volcano but still impressive with its fantastic quality of snow for skiing. On the way, you will see how much the silk road has changed over the last 800 years. It became one of the most important highways of Turkey for trucks, buses, cars etc. instead of camels and horses. We pass through small villages and towns and see local people. After arriving at the Volcano, you will go to rent equipment like ski gear. Under the leadership of one of the ski instructors, you will learn how to ski in half an hour. Then you are ready for fun on the snow. You will have roughly three hours of ski experience and try other activities.Overnight in Kayseri.
