Therefore, the hotels you want to stay in this tour have been selected by you, and products in 3 different categories have been prepared in each town in the program. TSG, known as guest-oriented, has a business strategy and culture that creates the best experience for its guests to create smiling, happy faces. Starting out in this discipline, 3 different beautiful hotels are offered in different categories from each region in order to optimize your comfort first for your satisfaction second. You can choose any of the hotel options we offer and pay at the B2B Agency prices specified as per person prices. If you buy your hotel from the products offered by TSG, the daily tour departure and return transfers to the hotel at the end of the day will be included in the fee, and there will be no extra payment.

MAY I MAKE MY OWN HOTEL BOOKING FROM A DIFFERENT HOTEL:

Of course, if you want to stay in different hotels that are not on our list, you can make your own hotel reservation. In addition, if you inform TSG about the hotel you want to stay outside of the list, a reservation will be made and a confirmation voucher will be sent to you. There are many different hotels on the tour routes, all of them can be in very different regions and outside the city.

We also offer you 2 more options:

1st option: If you make your own hotel accommodation, airport transfers and transportation to the pick up point of the daily tour and transportation after the last drop point where the tour ends are yours. However, on condition that you make a reservation to the TSG Operations department, pick-up and drop-off from your own accommodation is Euros per person: 25 transfer is provided on Daily basis.

2nd option: If you book the hotel you requested from TSG Reservation / Sales Department, you will be provided with free transportation from your own accommodation to the pick up point of the tour and from the end of the tour to your accommodation. No extra charge for arrival / departure transfers.

PAYMENT METHOD:

We want to announce a special payment facility for our Turkey Road Trip, which we have prepared in our guarantee departure tour concept for our esteemed guests.

With these Turkey Road Trip package prices, our valuable guests may make reservations by making a small prepayment of %25 (Fully Refundable) between the dates specified below.  

Below you can find our B2B net agency prices and discounts. Also, you see the discounted payment plan with 3 installments, which we have prepared for the benefit of our valuable guests. 

If you book early to get benefit of our EarlyBird discount and only pay %25 deposite (Fully Refundable), and your Booking will be guranted.

Pay your second installment before 8 Week, and pay another %25 (Fully Refundable). 

Your remaining %50 balance is required to be paid before 4 weeks of the tour Departure date (Partially Refundable) only.

TIPPING:

Tips are not included in the tour price for services of the tour leader (when available) and driver throughout the tour. The recommended tip is Euros € 5 per person per day. This covers the guide/leader and the driver, which will be collected on arrival day by our guide or it will be reflected in your final invoice before arrival. Please be aware that tipping is considered by many locals to be a part of their normal remuneration. In Turkey this is an average amount of the tipping for guides / drivers.
