On August 2, 2027, in Luxor, the sky will suddenly transform. At 13:02, daylight will begin to fade, giving way to darkness for an incredible 6 minutes and 23 seconds. This will be one of the longest and most spectacular total solar eclipses of the 21st century.
The eclipse will begin at 13:02, reach its peak at 13:05, and end at 13:08.
