Overview
Bayburt sits on the ancient Silky Way path’s Erzurum -Trabzon direction which connects East Anatolia with the Black Sea. A unique place in which to see caves, an underground city, tumuluses and fortresses bearing witness to civilization of mankind. The plateaus give life to 2500 varieties of flora and the Çoruh River is one of the world’s fastest flowing rivers. Bayburt has a wealth of natural heritage and continues to entrance everyone with its historical and tourist attractions.

Meet at Gumushane Airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Bayburt. Overnight in Bayburt.

After breakfast, we pick you up from the hotel and start your city tour. Baksi Museum, there are workshops, showrooms, a library, and guest houses in this museum, which boasts an interesting architecture. Aydintepe Underground City is 2.5 meters below the surface. It is an underground city worth seeing with its rooms carved into the rock. Bayburt Castle is the oldest and most valuable work remaining from the Ottoman Empire period. There is a church to the east and Yagli Cave to the west of the Bayburt Castle. Bayburt Clock Tower with its majestic architecture, Bayburt Clock Tower can be seen from almost anywhere in the city. After the tour we drop you back to the hotel. Overnight in Bayburt. Please Note: Baksi Museum is closed on Mondays.

After breakfast, we take you from the hotel and depart to a local restaurant for your professional cooking lesson. You participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson: During our Bayburt cooking tour, you will taste various flavors of Bayburt and prepare lunch together with the chef, the city's most famous menu Galacos and a dessert which you will enjoy and giving you an experience to learn great recipes and techniques to add to your own collection. After lunch you will depart to city center for free time and shopping before returning to your hotel. After the tour drop back to your hotel. Overnight in Bayburt.

After breakfast, we take you from the hotel and depart to the traditional Turkish bath, a place where physical and spiritual cleaning takes place and which is hundreds of years old. Natural lighting and Iznik colored tiles create a relaxing atmosphere. When entering to Turkish bath, you leave all the hastiness of daily life outside, you exchange your clothes for a waistcloth and adorn the traditional clogs. Inside temperatures reach up to 50 degrees Celsius under the central dome of the building. This heat and humidity opens the pores of the body and extracts the fatty oils of the body in preparation for your scrub down and a massage by the attendant. After a gentle soap massage, you leave the bath place with towels and pass to resting room. Here, tea is offered to you. You leave the Turkish Bath renewed, beautiful and refreshed. After the bath we drive to Sirakayalar Waterfall, which has a magnificent view and is a wonder of nature, where visitors can appreciate every shade of green. After the tour drop back to your hotel. Overnight in Bayburt.

After breakfast, we take you from the hotel and depart to Dede Korkut Dome, one of the most appealing sights in the city. Cimagil Cave presents the most secret underground world of Bayburt, offering travelers an opportunity to discover untold mysteries. Helva Village Ice Cave is one of the most beautiful and gorgeous caves of Bayburt. Inside the cave are ice stalagmites. After the tour drop back to your hotel. Overnight in Bayburt.

After breakfast, you will have free time in Bayburt. Today is the last day of your tour and you are returning home. Depend on your flight departure time we will transfer you to Gumushane Airport.
