We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning. We are starting the Erzurum Tour. Palandoken Mountain Ski Resort tour, Abdurrahman Gazi visit, Mysterious Road, Aziziye bastion tour, Mecidiye bastion tour, Congress Building trip, Double Minaret Madrasa trip, trip, Ulu Mosque trip, Yakutiye Madrasa trip, Rustem Pasha Caravanserai we are making a trip.After the tour transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Erzurum.

After breakfast we will go to a local restaurant to get a cooking class by the chef of Restaurant. The guide will explain us also all the details about things. You will prepare the lunch with Chef and after the prepartion you will at that lunch at restaurant. In our food menu we will learn local dishes from Diyarbakir Cuisine which inspire of Turkish cuisines. Of course some deserts and the salads will be in the menu. After the lunch we will return to hotel. Overnight in Erzurum.

We will pick you up from your hotel and go to Hamamı (Turkish Bath). This Hamam culture dates back Roman empire ages . Today Turkish Bath have three sections as cold part , warm part and hot part like a Roman Bath. Also Turkish Baths have special staff for scrup (peeling) rituel. Female staff called as natır , male staff called as tellak in Turkish Language. We will get relax and chill. After this local relaxing ritual return to hotel. Overnight in Erzurum.

After having our breakfast in the morning, we set off towards Karsa and our first stop is 1001 church cities that are added to the Unesco World Heritage list. The “Ruins of Ani”, which has been frequently named in history and has become the capital of Armenians ... The population of this important settlement established on the Arpacay coast, which forms our border with Armenia, is over 100,000. a thousand years ago. Today it is a ruin when hosting. While the churches of churches and cathedrals made of volcanic colored stones on the snow will amaze you, it will allow you to take beautiful pictures of the landscape covering the Arpacay and the border of Armenia, the first mosque that Turks built in Anatolia. After visiting the important works such as the Keseli Church, the Picture Church, the Great Cathedral (Fethiye Mosque), the Walls, the Lion Gate, the Emir Manucehr Mosque and seeing the Seljuk Palace from the outside, the wilderness is known for keeping ice in the winter months, and it is possible to take horse-sleigh tours. We are moving towards Lake. Here we start our trip after taking our lunch. In Cildir Lake, we will have the opportunity to watch the fish they call Yellow Fish (carp). After our tour, we move to Kars city center. Our first stop is Fethiye Mosque, which was built as a church made of cut stone during the Russian occupation and turned into a mosque with the restoration of Kars. Then we go to the Apostles Church (Kumbet Mosque). After seeing and photographing a thousand-year-old masterpiece known as the 12 Apostle symbols and used as a church or mosque from time to time, we go to Kars Castle. At this point where the whole city can be seen under your feet, we warm ourselves with the teas that we will drink against the view of the city of Kars and complete our visit to the Lovers House, which will help us get to know us. We end our tour and return to our hotel. Overnight in Erzurum.
