After breakfast,pick up from your hotel.At the first we will visit the Sultanhani Caravanserai. Sultanhan is a monumental caravansary which looks like a fortress. The entrance is through a huge, geometrically decorated portal. The courtyard is surrounded by an arcade of rooms on the left and covered places on the right. After we will visit to Ulu Mosque. After lunch and free time we go to the city center.And finally we will visit to Hasan Mountain. Hasan Mountain, is a volcanic mountain which can be viewed from the city and is between Aksaray and Nigde having a height of 3000 meters, This mountain is available for mountain climbing, camping, mountain bicycle riding, nature walking and winter sports . there are 3 natural ski place.After we will visit to Ihlara Valley, this place was built on the rocks by from the first period of the Christians, the antique churches with the fresco this valley is 14 kilometers long.Overnight in Aksaray.

After breakfast we will go to a local restaurant to get a cooking class by the chef of Restaurant. The guide will explain us also all the details about things. You will prepare the lunch with Chef and after the prepartion you will at that lunch at restaurant. In our food menu we will learn local dishes from Aksaray Cuisine. Ofcourse some deserts and the salads will be in the menu. After the lunch we will return to hotel. Overnight in Aksaray.

We will pick you up from your hotel and go to Hamamı (Turkish Bath). This Hamam culture dates back Roman empire ages . Today Turkish Bath have three sections as cold part , warm part and hot part like a Roman Bath. Also Turkish Baths have special staff for scrup (peeling) rituel. Female staff called as natır , male staff called as tellak in Turkish Language. We will get relax and chill. After this local relaxing ritual return to hotel. Overnight in Aksaray.

After breakfast pick up from your hotel and depart to Agzikara Hanı. The Agzikara Hani, 16km northeast of Aksaray, was built between 1231 and 1239.After we will visit to you certainly won't have problems finding this massive museum en route from the otogar (bus station) along the main road to Aksaray centre. The revamped displays covering early Cappadocian human history have excellent English information boards, but the prize exhibit is the small collection of mummies unearthed in the Ihlara Valley.End finally we will visit to Built in 1236 and leaning at an angle of 27 degrees, the curious Egri Minare in the older part of Aksaray is, inevitably, known to locals as the 'Turkish Tower of Pisa'. After the tour we will return to hotel. Overnight in Aksaray.
