5 Days Denizli City & Cooking Tour

Meet at Denizli Cardak Airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Denizli. Overnight in Denizli.

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and depart for the Denizli City Tour. We will visit BABADAGLILAR LOCAL MARKET which is a very popular place for people in Denizli. As the city is well known with its textile industry this multistorey market is a perfect place to see local and traditional textile products. Next we will visit the KALEICI MARKET. This spot has been active in commerce for the last 1000 years and here you can see traditional local handicrafts. Since we are in Denizli we will also visit a CARPET CENTER as Denizli is well known with this local art. After that you will have free time for lunch. Next we will head for CABLE CAR. We will take the cable car to BAGBASI PLATEU which has an elevation about 1300 m. The plateau is quite impressive with its beautiful green nature and with its attractive panoramic scenery. After here we will head for downtown and will end the tour with a walk in the lively streets of Denizli. After the tour transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Denizli.

You participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson: During our Denizli Cooking Tour, you will taste various flavors of Denizli Region and you will enjoy to cook & taste local food like Keskek (wheat, meat and chcikpeas), Sarma (stuffed leaves), Patlican Kapama (local eggplant dish) and such. After lunch you will depart to city center for free time and shopping before returning to your hotel. After the tour transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Denizli.

Turkish Bath is quite a popular part of Turkish Culture and it is being practiced all around the country therefore it will be nice to experience this activity. After the Hamam we will depart to city center for free time and shopping before returning to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Denizli.
