Overview
Yozgat, which is also called the Bozok Plateau and has been inhabited since the early ages, has unspoiled natural scenery, warm hospitable people, park grounds, high meadows, historical culture, touristic relics, and spas making it one of our most beautiful cities. The Camlik National Park is one of Turkey’s first national parks, the Akdag Forests, Sebek pinari Park Grounds, the Kazankaya Valley, and the Gelingullu, Dam are places for sports, recreation, and picnics.

Meet at Nevsehir/Kayseri Airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and the rest of the day is yours to explore Yozgat. Overnight in Yozgat.

After breakfast, we pick you up from the hotel and start your city tour. Ceska Underground City is located on a high hill about 3 km northeast of the central district. Roman and Byzantine ceramic works can be found in the ruins and bottom sections. Inside Ceska Castle there is a building with Byzantine and Roman ruins. Yozgat Museum, also known as the Nizamoglu Pavilion, which was built in 1871, exhibits manuscripts, utensils, rugs and carpets and displays ethnographic and archaeological pieces in its garden. Capanoglu Grand Mosque is a mosque built by the Capanoglu family within the provincial borders of Yozgat and later expanded. It is popularly known as the Great Mosque. Yozgat Bazaar is built around the Great Mosque. Bascavus Mosque, belonging to the 1800s, is a beautiful example of wooden architecture. Yozgat Clock Tower built in the last period of the Ottoman Empire is one of the symbols of the city. Hayri Inal Mansion and Karslioglu Mansion are traditional and restored buildings in the city. Camlik Park which was turned into a national park in 1958 is one of the most outstanding sightseeing places of Yozgat for a daily trip, camping, picnic and other outdoor activities with a 265 hectare open air area. After the tour we drop you back to the hotel. Overnight in Yozgat.

After breakfast, we take you from the hotel and depart to a local restaurant for your professional cooking lesson. You participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson: During our Yozgat cooking tour, you will taste various flavors of Yozgat and prepare lunch together with the chef: the city's most famous menu, Testi Kebabi, and a dessert which you will enjoy, giving you an experience to learn great recipes and techniques to add to your own collection. After lunch you will depart to the city center for free time and shopping before returning to your hotel. After the tour we drop you back to your hotel. Overnight in Yozgat.

After breakfast, you will have free time in Yozgat. Today is the last day of your tour and you are returning home. Depending on your flight departure time we will transfer you to Nevsehir/Kayseri Airport.
