You can also explore the Taskinpasa Medresesi, an Islamic theological school dating from Ottoman times and the early mediaeval Keslik Monastery where you can wander around the refectory and other buildings of this extensive complex. Soganli Valley area is an ideal introduction to the riches of Cappadocia, helping you to understand how different cultures have shaped the development of this region steeped in history. You'll visit Roman ruins, medieval churches, abandoned Greek settlements and Islamic universities. . Soganli is a traditional Anatolian village where people live in the same way as they have for centuries. There are many churches and monasteries in this area, mainly dating from the period between the 9th and 13th Centuries. We will visit the most important including the churches at Karabas, Yilanli, Kubbeli and Sakli Kilise we will do yoga an meditation before stopping for a some lunch and a rest.
