- 05:00 am – 06:00 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Ankara City Center and transfer to Ankara Airport (exact time based on flight schedule). Please note, you are required to check in for your domestic flight to Izmir independently.
- Upon arrival in Izmir Airport, our representative will meet you with a name placard.
- We will then drive for 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach Ephesus Ancient City located in Selcuk.
- Ephesus Tour: Explore one of the world’s best-preserved ancient cities. Ephesus, originally an Ionian city in the 10th century BC and later the capital of the Roman Empire in Asia Minor, holds some of the most impressive ruins, including:
- Agora (Marketplace)
- Odeon (small theatre)
- Domitian’s Temple
- Trajan’s Fountain
- Roman Baths
- Celsus Library, the third-largest library of the ancient world
- Grand Theatre, seating 25,000 people, and much more.
- Christian Significance: Ephesus holds great importance in Christian history, as both St. Paul and St. John are believed to have visited here. It’s also home to one of the Seven Churches of Revelation.
- Temple of Artemis: Visit the ruins of this magnificent temple, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, built in the 6th century BC.
- Lunch: Enjoy a local lunch in Selcuk.
- Afternoon Visit: Explore a weaving center to see how traditional Turkish carpets are made, or visit a leather shop offering good rates on quality leather products.
- Sirince Village: A short drive to the charming Şirince Village for a wine tasting experience. You can also try traditional Turkish coffee cooked on sand.
- Enjoy some free time to explore local handicrafts, souvenirs, and enjoy the picturesque village atmosphere.
- Hotel Check-In: After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi and check-in.
- The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore at your leisure. Overnight in Kusadasi.
