2 Days Bodrum Tour from Ankara

Pick up between 05:00 am – 06:00 am (depending on the flight time) from your hotel in Ankara City Center transfer to Ankara Airport. Please note that and you need to do self check-in for your domestic flight to Milas Airport. Our representative will meet you in Milas Airport with a name placard which has your name on it. After about 1 hour drive we will reach BODRUM and will start the Half Day City Tour. We will walk through the pretty and lively streets of Bodrum and we will reach marina. Next will be THE BODRUM CASTLE AND UNDERWATER ARCHEOLOGY MUSUEUM nearby the marina. The Bodrum Castle (Castle of St. Peter) was built by the Order of St.John of Jerusalem under the mastership of The Grand Master Philibert de Naillac, at the beginning of 15th century A.D. and later on the castle was conquered by Ottomans in 1522. In the castle you will be impressed by the towers like English Tower, German Tower and a few others. At present the castle also hosts the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, which is one of the most significant Underwater Archaeology Museums in the world. In this museum you will see interesting sections like Glass Hall, Coins and Jewelery Hall as well as interesting old shipwrecks like Late Roman Shipwreck, Uluburun Shipwreck and such. Once we are in Bodrum we cannot afford to miss THE MAUSOLEUM OF HALICARNASSUS which was ONE OF THE SEVEN ANCIENT WONDERS OF THE WORLD. After the king passed away the Mausoleum was built by the order of King Mausolus’ wife in 4th cent BC. For sur we will also visit the site and see the location & the artifacts of the Mausoleum. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Bodrum and check in. The rest of time is yours. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Bodrum. Please note: Bodrum Castle & Underwater Archeology Museum is closed due to renovations. We are frequently checking for updates. So please kindly ask before booking.

After breakfast the day is yours till your departure transfer to Milas Airport. We will transfer you to the airport for your flight back to Ankara. Once you arrive to Ankara, we will Pick you up from Airport and transfer to your hotel.
